RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At APEX EV, many of our E-Carts and ElectroCycles are custom-made. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at Customercare@EVbyApex.com within 48 hours of purchase. We also recommend contacting our sales department to confirm the cancellation has been received, in case you do not receive a confirmation email.

Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after 48 hours, you will be charged 25% of the total purchase price to cover costs incurred on your behalf. If you choose to cancel your order after the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping charges of $1,000 plus 25% of the total invoice to cover costs incurred on your behalf.

As most of our products are custom-made and we do not sell previously owned items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on purchases once you accept delivery.
